Superfood Smoothie

Make your day a whole lot better with this powerful snack. Using a combination of hemp seed protein powder, maca, and barley grass powder, this superfood smoothie is great for on-the-run!

    

Ingredients

1 teaspoon barley grass powder
1 teaspoon maca powder
1 tablespoon hemp protein powder
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 large kale leaves, torn with stalks removed
1 large ripe banana, peeled and chopped
1 medium sized apple, chopped with core and seeds removed
1 cup water 

Directions
